This architectural new build sprawls across two properties with prime Esplanade views in Christies Beach. Clad in sustainably-sourced timber, this custom built home shelters beneath the branches of an immense Norfolk Island pine tree. No compromises were made – from the 10,000 lineal metres of Blackbutt Battens wrapping the house exterior that transition seamlessly into the Ironbark decking, to the metres upon metres of Pine 140×12 V Joint and Regent lining boards used throughout the interior.
