Natural timber brings warmth and character to an interior – but variations and defects can make installation and finishing less predictable.
Inspire begins with selected plantation-grown Radiata Pine. The timber is kiln dried, natural defects are removed, and individual sections are finger-jointed into straighter, more stable lengths. Multiple coats of acrylic primer are applied and sanded between coats, creating a smooth surface ready for final top coating.
For carpenters and installers, primed finger-jointed pine offers the convenience of a prepared, paint-ready moulding without sacrificing the strength and workability of real timber. Unlike standard primed MDF, it can be cut, fixed and worked using familiar timber carpentry methods, while offering greater versatility in areas subject to humidity or occasional moisture.
In short, Inspire combines the time-saving benefits of a smooth, factory-primed surface with the practical advantages of genuine timber.
